Most business programmes hand you tactics and skip the thing that runs it all: the mind of the owner.
The Mindshaper Academy trains the whole triangle — the thinking, the plan, the doing — with
software that runs your marketing and a room in Sheffield that makes sure it actually happens.
The limit of every business is the limited imagination of its leader.
Terry Gormley — Founder, Mindshaper Academy
01The real problem
You know what you should be doing. So why aren't you doing it?
You'll have been told it's discipline — from a coach, a book, a stage, or the voice in your own head at
two in the morning. It isn't. You started a business. You kept it alive through things that
would have finished most people. Whatever else is true, that is not the profile of somebody who lacks discipline.
"You lack discipline" isn't a diagnosis. It's a description of the symptom, handed back to you as though it
were the cause — like telling someone with a fever that their problem is being too warm. It leaves you with
one option: try harder, using the thing that already isn't working.
What's actually going on has a name. Close the gap — get the two halves of your mind agreeing —
and the things you already knew you should do stop requiring a fight. That's the whole game, and it's the
work the Academy is built around.
What's actually going on
The Congruence Gap
The distance between what you have consciously decided to build, and what some deeper part of
you has already decided is safe to have.
Your conscious mind picked the goal. But your conscious mind isn't what runs your Tuesday —
and when the two disagree, the older one wins.
Built for
The owner who could advise somebody in their exact position with total clarity — and can't take their own advice
Ignition — building towards £10,000 a month
Growth — between £10,000 and £100,000 a month
Started it for a lifestyle. Got a job with longer hours and less money
Not for
Anyone wanting a tactic they can run on Monday without changing anything else
Anyone looking for motivation rather than a mechanism
Anyone who won't do the exercises
02The model
The Model — the reason you're stuck, or don't progress.
Three sides. Remove one, and the whole thing stalls.
The side everyone skips
Think — (Mindset) Mental Performance
The skills, attitudes and perspectives that produce optimal performance. Sharper focus, resilience,
imagination. It's the foundation the other two sides stand on — which is why it's the side we teach first.
The side everyone starts with
Plan — Strategy & Structure
Clear goals, the right plan, and systems that scale. Most programmes begin here. We make it the second
step, because a strategy is only as good as the head that has to execute it.
The side that compounds
Act — Discipline & Consistency
Daily action, follow-through, weekly rhythms. Discipline isn't a personality trait — it's a structure you
build, and we build it with you, in the room, every six weeks.
Think + Plan + Act = momentum — and momentum is what compounds.
03The membership
Everything, for £97 a month.

Being straight with you about the library
The library is being built, and it is being built in front of you. Some of what's listed is live now; the
rest is released across the year, course by course. You are not buying a finished archive and we're not going
to pretend you are. What you're buying is everything that's there now, everything added this year,
and everything added after that — at the price you joined at. Founding members get the whole library
built around the questions they ask in the room.

monthly credit covers typical AI usage, and anything above it, Voice AI minutes included, is billed at cost — we
don't mark up what we don't make. Set-up is part of joining: we get you set up, your snapshot loaded and your

Adding a date is allowed. Moving one is not.
Put the dates in your diary the day you join — they'll still be true in a year.
Why rooms, and not another webinar? Because something special happens when
you put people in one. You learn, you network, you connect — and you leave having actually worked on all three
sides of the triangle: your mental capacity, your plan, and the action you take. Every one of these days does
all three, in the room.

Academy Day
Think and Grow RichYour Business
Academy Day one, the first room. A full day working on the business, not in it.
Every Academy Day opens with your Blueprint on the table and closes with the next six weeks written
down. This is the first one — the day the founding members meet.
Included for members · everybody else £97Dinner together the Tuesday evening — included for Forge members, £35 for everyone elseThe bar afterwards — Terry stays
Two days on what's actually stopping you, and how to change it. Day one cuts the brakes — the thing you've
been avoiding, named, diagnosed and acted on before you leave. Day two builds the engine: state, structure,
and the rhythm that carries it. The course Terry has run for over a decade, now on the Academy calendar.
Ends day one uncomfortable — deliberatelyIn person · both days

Why every UK date is a Thursday. Monday is catch-up
day and Friday is a write-off. Midweek gets a full day's attention, and it puts the dinner on a Wednesday
night — the easiest night of the week to stay over, because it isn't eating your weekend or wrecking your Monday.
Two golden tickets a year — each puts a guest in the room for an Academy Day
with nothing to pay: the £97 day ticket is waived, and there's no fee behind it. And the dinner the night before every
Academy Day is open to any member — £35 at cost, included in the Forge. From the second room on, £20 holds a member's seat.
06Above the Academy
The Forge — for the owner who has momentum, and now wants to go deeper.
£297/month — everything in the Academy, plus all of this
The Academy closes the gap between what you know and what you do. Once the business is moving, the
question changes — from "how do I get this done?" to "who do I need to become to lead this?" Better with people,
better in front of a room, better at asking for the business. The Forge is the next level of membership: eight
days of training with Terry, a private room the night before every Academy Day, every event included instead of
paid for, and a lot more time in the room.
The 6pm room
The Forge session — the night before every Academy Day
Sixty to ninety minutes, from 6pm, behind a closed door. A small, select group in a private room
with Terry, working on the biggest thing in each of their businesses — not a Q&A, and not a
webinar with the lights down. It's always done by 7:30, because that's when everybody moves through to the
bar and dinner starts.
It's where Blueprints get worked and where the room's real problems get answered in front of everybody. Twelve people learn from one person's question —
worth more than twelve private conversations, at a fraction of the time.
It's bolted onto a date you're already attending. No extra travel, no extra venue, no extra diary entry.
What £297 adds
Develop the Business Owner — eight days of training with Terry, once a year. £3,600 on its own · Fri 11 – Fri 18 June 2027, Sheffield
The Forge session — 6pm the night before every Academy Day. Six a year, Forge members only
Create Your Own Destiny included (£497 on its own)
Unlocking the Will To Act, both runs every year (£297 each on its own)
Dinner the night before every Academy Day (£35 each)
£60 monthly usage credit on Momentum AI
Bought separately, as an Academy member, that's £4,901 a year. The Forge,
paid for the year, is £2,970 — the eight days on their own cost more than the whole Forge year, before the six
Forge sessions and Cyprus, which aren't sold anywhere, at any price.
How you join: you click. No application, no interview, no waiting
list. Upgrade or downgrade in any month. The barrier to the Forge is £297 a month — and £297 a month is
barrier enough.
At the centre of the Forge
Develop the Business Owner — eight days, once a year
An eight-day training Terry has built from more than twenty years of working with business owners, and from his
own training with John Grinder, one of the two men who created NLP. Friday 11 to Friday 18 June 2027, in
Sheffield, straight after the June Academy Day. On its own it's £3,600. In the Forge, it's included.
Days 1–4 · NLP for Business Owners. How your own mind works, and how to change the patterns
that hold you back. Understanding the minds of your clients — how they think, decide and buy. Deep rapport, the
skill underneath everything else: no rapport, no sale, no team, no influence. Leadership, developing your team,
and advanced thinking strategies for clearer decisions under pressure.
Days 5–6 · Powerful Presentations. If you're going to lead, you have to be able to stand up and
be heard. Structure a message people remember, manage your state before you speak, hold a room, and tell stories
that move people to act.
Days 7–8 · Successful Selling Skills. Built on the rapport from days 1–4. Find out what people
really want, present your offer as the answer, handle objections without pressure, ask for the business with
confidence — and follow up, because most sales are made after the first conversation.
Forge members paying monthly join the eight days once they've committed
to twelve months of membership, or have paid twelve months by the time the course starts. Paid for the year, you're in.
Pay for the Forge annually and you're coming to Cyprus
Tuesday 13 to Thursday 15 July 2027. Three days in Cyprus, and your place is included.
Not a conference and not a jolly. A small room, three days, in the place Terry actually lives — and the point
of the travel is that an owner who has flown to Cyprus has already left their business behind.
They can't nip back to the office at lunchtime. Nobody leaves at three to beat the traffic.
It's the only thing on this entire page you cannot buy at any price. It isn't sold separately, it isn't sold
to Academy members, and it isn't sold to Forge members paying monthly. One way in: the Forge, paid
annually — every Forge annual taken up to 31 December 2026 carries a place. After that date it
closes, and the room is the room.
Your place covers the retreat itself — three days on the island with Terry and the rest of the Forge,
working on what comes next for you and your business, with time to enjoy where you are. You arrange your own
travel and accommodation.
And what £297 does not buy
One-to-one access. Not at any tier, not as an upsell, not quietly. Everything here scales —
the library, the weekly expert, the rooms — and the moment Terry becomes the delivery mechanism, the model
that lets a thousand owners in at £97 stops working.
At £297 you don't get access to Terry. You get the room. That's the honest version, and
it's the reason the £97 can exist at all.

The cart is open from Tuesday 22 September, 11:00, to Sunday 4
October, 23:59. Then it shuts until December. Miss it and the next room is the tenth of December, not
the eighteenth of November. Not scarcity theatre — a consequence of the rule that dates never move.

£97 is locked for life for the founding 100. Whatever the Academy charges in a year,

For the year: £1,970. Ten months, twelve months' access.
For the year: £970. Ten months, twelve months' membership — with a Will To Act ticket
included, and no VAT while our registration window lasts, roughly £194 that stays with you.
Momentum AI on its own is £197. With everything else, it's £97. That is not a typo.
There is no struck-through pricing on this page. Both prices are real, both are purchasable, and
adding the entire Academy makes it cheaper. The honest reason: the software is the easy
twenty per cent. If it worked on its own, everybody who ever bought a CRM would be rich — and we've watched
owners buy systems exactly like this one and abandon them by spring, for years. It's never the software's
fault. It's that nobody was there when it got hard.
So the £197 exists because we won't pretend to discount something we'd never actually charge.
We'd rather have you in the room than have your money — and we've priced it so that's the
obvious choice rather than a persuasive one.
How the annual works — plainly.
You pay ten monthly payments in one go, and you're a member for twelve. Two months free, taken off
the front, not promised at the back. On the Academy, the year also carries a Will To Act ticket. It renews at the
twelve-month mark on exactly the same terms — ten payments, twelve months — at the price you locked. Not a
higher renewal rate, and not a different deal once you're in.
And there's no VAT on it — for now. We are not VAT registered yet. Pay for the year before
we are and there's no VAT to add: roughly £194 on the Academy annual, £594 on the Forge. This is genuinely
temporary — we will register, and the moment we do, VAT is added to everything. Join annually in the next
few weeks and you miss it.
Set-up is included on every plan — nothing extra to pay.
We get you set up, your snapshot loaded and your world moved across, with the 23 videos alongside it.
No contract, either plan. Come to your first Academy Day and if you can't name one thing
you'll do differently, every penny back. Prices exclude VAT — and right now there isn't any.
10Before you ask
The questions everyone has.
The cart opens on Tuesday 27 October at 11:00 and closes at 23:59 on Wednesday 4 November. The founding 100
places go in the order people claim them. After that it shuts until 10 December — leave your name on the
"Be the first to know" list and you'll hear the moment it re-opens, before anyone else.
For the founding 100, yes. £97 a month for as long as you stay a member, whatever the
price does later. Leave and rejoin, and you pay whatever it is then — the lock belongs to the unbroken membership.
No. Monthly members cancel any time, effective at the end of the month; annual members
who leave mid-year have their refund worked out by hand, on a fair and transparent basis — the terms set out
exactly how. There's no onboarding fee on either plan.
Sheffield, in person. The calendar is published twelve months ahead and doesn't move, so
you can plan the year around it. Dinner the night before each Academy Day is open to any member — £35 at cost, included in the Forge.
From the second room on, £20 holds your seat.
Because we won't put a fake price next to a real one. £197 is what the software costs
if you want it without the room — and a few people genuinely do, which is fine. £97 is what it costs with
the room, because the room is what makes anybody actually use it. We'd rather have you in the room than
have your money, and we've priced it so that's the obvious choice rather than a persuasive one.
There isn't one. A thousand members at £97 is a better business than a hundred at £997 —
and it only works because nothing in the model depends on Terry's diary. No one-to-one, at any tier. That
single design rule is what pays for everything else on this page.
Start at £97. There's no gate on the Forge and no application — you can move up in any
month with one click, and the first time you sit at dinner next to somebody who was in the 6pm room, you'll
know whether you want to be in it. And if you're an Academy member adding Unlocking the Will To Act at
£297, notice: the same £297 puts you in the Forge for that month, and the course is included. Same money,
spent differently. And at the centre of the Forge is Develop the Business Owner — eight days with Terry each
June that cost £3,600 on their own, more than a whole Forge year.
Yes — the same platform sold on its own at £197 a month, all of it. One inbox, CRM with
unlimited contacts, unlimited funnels and automations, calendars, invoicing and payments, with a £10 monthly
usage credit and anything above it at cost. Nothing held back for a higher tier — Voice AI included, which
answers the phone and books into your calendar; its minutes draw on your credit, and past that you pay what
we pay.
You've got a CRM you half set up two years ago. That's not a CRM, that's a subscription.
This one arrives with the work already done — the snapshot pre-loaded on day one, so you edit something
that runs instead of building from an empty screen.
It isn't, and we've said so in black and white rather than letting you find out. You're
joining at the point where the library gets built around the questions the founding members ask. In twelve
months it'll be worth several times what you're paying — and you'll still be paying what you're paying.
Correct — and that's the argument, not the obstacle. You were sold a tactic. Nobody
ever showed you why you don't act on what you already know. That's module one, and it's free.
Six days a year, published twelve months ahead. And the software takes work off you
rather than adding it — which is the whole point of the snapshot arriving already built and 23 videos
walking you through it.
Neither was Terry, six years underground. If effort were the answer he'd have retired
at thirty.
Pay for ten months, get twelve: £970 for the year against £1,164 monthly — two months free,
taken off the front, not promised at the back. It carries a ticket to Unlocking the Will To Act — £297 on its
own, to use or give away. And while our VAT registration window lasts there's
no VAT on it either — roughly £194 that stays with you. It renews at the
twelve-month mark on exactly the same terms and at the price you locked. Leave mid-year and we work the
refund out by hand, on a fair and transparent basis, as set out in the terms.
Come to your first Academy Day. If you get to the end of it and can't name one thing
you're going to do differently in your business — or you simply aren't happy — tell us in the bar that
evening, or email the next morning. Every penny you've paid comes back: the membership, the dinner, all
of it. No forms, no notice period, no hard feelings — and you keep everything you learned that day.
Then don't — start with
